HAPPY HOUR EVERY FRIDAY  5.30pm – 6.30pm! Swing by and wind up your week with a couple of cold ones and some fishing yarns!
TSFC OPENING HOURS Thurs 4-8pm, Fri 4-8pm, Sat 11-9pm & Sundays for Events Only. Additionally The club will be opened by Little Fish café & Bistro  – Tuesday – Saturday 11-8pm Sunday 10am-4pm for the purpose of dining.  To ensure we are geared up to provide good service we kindly ask that groups over 10 be booked via the club manager prior to arrival.
The NEW FISHING SEASON has kicked off on the 1st July and the lads on Brothers in Arms kicked it off in style managing two beaut Southern Bluefin Tuna, one at 71.1kg for Mark Wilson and the second at 83.2kg to Grant Hill, a third also lost at the boat!  These fish currently lead the Tarpaulin Makers BLUEFIN TUNA BUST UP tournament. (see the fish below). Don’t forget the NZSFC runs a list of Firsts and Heaviests for the season, so definitely keep this in mind as these early fish could well be worth weighing!

The Marine Reflections TOPGUN CHALLENGE also launched from the blocks this month. This year all the monthly species prizes are worth $200 cash.  We are after the longest of each species and releasing them is completely optional. The final six fish length over the six months will determin the sweepstakes winner! To enter and find out more click here
This BEAST is coming in tomorrow caught by Glen Booth off the Flying Dutchman, we understand caught in Stoney Creek #34 last night while competing in the Tarpaulin Makers BLUEFIN TUNA BUST UP Tournament  in conjunction with Smart Marine and Vickers Marine Boat Builders. Updates on the TSFC Facebook Page!

THURSDAY CLUB NIGHT The Members Draw for Thurs 9th July is $800 thanks to Generation Homes, Come on down and have a dabble on a raffle or two and settle in for a meal from 4.30pm.

The Little Fish Cafe & Bistro is hosting a Pink Ribbon High Tea event. It’s 2-5pm Saturday 18th July. See the details below, its a great cause so please support it!

The Kids Holidays start next week Why not bring them down the Club for a meal. From Monday KIDS HALF PRICE  WITH ANY ADULT MEAL! We have easy parking, a kids area and best of all it will get Mum and Dad out of the house!

WEIGH STATION NEWS –   The Buefin Tuna are officially on the chew, and now its level one and even the swords seem to be biting we are here to weigh your fish!   Please call Roly 021 702248 or Kane De Raat 021508 833 and we will arrange a weigh master for you. Also remember vhf channel 3 is the Club’s VHF channel and its there to be used to share information and stay in touch with one another and stay safe. TIGHT LINES!
