This years event is super stoked to be raising funds for SHOCKING PINK (a charity that supports young woman with breast cancer)
$5 from every t-shirt sold will go to Shocking Pink, we will have raffles and games, a skipper is going to shave his hair for charity and we will have collection buckets at the Club. PLUS 100 tickets of 1000 will be saved for Fish N Chick Anglers – this is for a brand new MG3 worth $18940! The winner will be drawn at prize giving under police supervision.
A change for 2020 is we will be running our Random Access rule that allows teams to launch from alternative areas in side Ch54 modified (Sponsors Grid)

A wonderful format once again to the 2018 Fish N Chicks Tournament. Welcome back to Bridgeman Concrete as our naming sponsor and also a big thankyou to Greenslades Furniture, BNZ, Adult World and Don Stewart Jewellers. Yet again we will be running the best Fish N Chicks photo, and YIP there’s a fantastic rose coloured Iphone8 up for grabs!!

It’s going to be massive! The stars are aligning for another great tournament this February. As for Bridgeman Concrete they tick over their 17th year supporting this event and bigger than that, this year they celebrate 50 years in business!! Outstanding support from an outstanding company!
Last year we were blessed with Shirley Waterhouses NZ All Tackle Record 92kg Yellowfin, plus we weighed massive kingfish, marlin, mahimahi and shortbilled spearfish. Needless to say we were super busy at the weigh station with the girls completely silencing the lads as the fish were some of the best we saw all season!
With a long hot summer forecasted make sure you book this tournament in now! Early bird draws must be in before the 31st January (Just $40) From the 1st Feb entries are $50. This tournament will definitely be ON. As should the weather be a bit hoo-hum we will be fishing our harbour schedule and all the prizes must go!
For 2017 the SPARK Iphone “Best FishNChick Pic” returns as do the cash prizes for the best dressed at prizes giving, all judged by our celebrity line up of judges. To top things off there will be live music Saturday night for a good ol fashion heels up! Yeehaaa!
