The tournament will be run under Covid Level 2 restrictions.


Briefing will be held in two sessions , each session will be limited to 60 Team Captains or their nominated representative. You will receive an email and or text shortly advising what session you are asked to attend. Please contact the office if you can’t attend your nominated session.

Session 1 registration will commence at 6:00pm – we invite you from 6:00pm to sign–in, register and collect your starter pack. Please adhere to the social distancing rules at all times. Briefing will start at 6:30 sharp. Only the Team captain or a nominated representative can attend

Session 2 registration: We invite you from 7:00pm to sign-in, register and collect your starter pack. Briefing will start at 7:30 pm

Each session will be live streamed on the Club’s Facebook, Event page and we request that the Team Captain or representative encourage every team member to watch this briefing before the tournament starts at 7:30 am Wednesday 3rd.

Prize giving –

It is the Clubs current thinking that Prize giving will be moved to 12:00 noon Sunday 7th March and will be run subject  to Covid19 guidelines.

Updates on prize giving will be communicated to team captains starting from Thursday 5th
